Was messed around from day one. Problem after problem. With finance company also. Had my old car for over 2 weeks and didn’t clear previous finance. Despite telling me it would be done AND taking money from me for the negative equity. Still waiting for the payment to clear. Which is now effecting my credit score because they haven’t paid it on time. Plus total on invoice is less that the total payment due. Tried contacting manager, was told I’d get a call back. Still nothing. I have been a customer for over 10 years and have had several cars from here but I’d never ever go back.
