Our History: The JudgeService Journey

neil addley judge service

JudgeService was founded

Neil Addley set up JudgeService, a UK review and customer satisfaction system, having spent most of his life working in the motor trade. His experience as Marketing Director at Perry’s, CD Bramall, Reg Vardy and others is when Neil developed his passion for using customer satisfaction surveys to improve dealer or retailer experience.

Taking these survey’s online is what first carved the pathway to create JudgeService.

At the heart of the business, JudgeService believes that buying a car, house or staying in a hotel should be enjoyable, and it is our mission to help all our clients deliver that.

Our products at their core are simple, we ask people great questions, we report on their answers and feed that back to our clients to help them deliver a better customer experience. At heart, our business is determined to make the world a better place, one customer at a time.

Other products developed

Off the back of the success of the customer satisfaction surveys, other products were soon put into development.

We launched our lost sales service which we call “ProAct”, where we contact customers that have been into a business and not purchased.

This again started off in the automotive industry but since then we have expanded into the property market too.

JudgeService expanded

As a result of our expansion and growing numbers we moved to new offices. We expanded from 1000 square foot to 3500 square foot of office space. But the move wasn’t stressful, as we only moved next door!
