This survey shows that I was not completely satisfied by the progress of our purchase.
Firstly, we were extremely miffed by finding that a car we had indicated we would purchase on our Friday visit had been sold to someone else on the Monday when we had booked a test drive - none having told us we could hold it with a small returnable deposit.
Secondly the length of wait to take away the car we did select was excessive - both in the days we had to wait for the car to be ready - even though it was not serviced, and the time spent waiting in the actual purchase process on the day with the salesman having to repeatedly go upstairs to confirm various thins. The whole process needs streamlining!
