Holly at Bristol Street Motors SEAT Derby was very good, when we first went to see the car it was ready for cleaning and she gave it a quick clean before showing us the car.
She took us through everything and involved a manager where there were concerns. Holly get us updated at every stage (even sending an email to me when she was on holiday!).
