I would not recommend Vertu Volvo Exeter because the after sales care was poor. I got the feeling that once the sale was completed they lost interest.

The experience at Vertu Volvo Exeter was good because the service from your receptionist and Harrison your salesman was polite and professional. I phoned to ask some questions about my proposed purchase, Harrison reply very quickly and included an email containing a video that further showed the condition of the car. Having previously bought cars under the Volvo Selekt scheme elsewhere, I knew that the car would live up to your reputation. The purchase process was completed quickly and I drive away two days later after insurance verification. Harrison phoned later that week to ask how I was getting on. First class service and worth the trip down from London.
