We were very happy with our buying and selling experience at Vertu Taunton. Oliver Graham was an excellent ambassador for Volvo explaining the features of our potentially new car without being too pushy. He was friendly and knowledgeable and our eventual purchase was a smooth transaction swapping one older Volvo for a much newer one. My experience at Vertu Volvo Taunton could have been better if the car I’d been sold didn’t have parts coming off it after a week of ownership, the engine management light not coming on within a month of ownership and if I hadn’t been completely mis-sold a warranty and then just refunded without any suitable alternative provided.
