Jeep Beaconsfield

My experience at Jeep Beaconsfield could have been better because I feel I should have been contacted by the finance dept to obtain my bank details to action my refund. Because of this I feel undervalued and a nuisance. It’s a shame because the sales person I dealt with was excellent. His name is Wasim Ramzan and he has tried extremely hard to ensure all my questions were answered and concerns resolved.

I was very happy with the service I received at Jeep Beaconsfield. There were a few small issues with the car which have been sorted promptly. I did not feel pressured into buying and felt that the team were helpful and communicative. I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Eliot Stevens. Eliot was extremely helpful, genuine and a pleasure to deal with. My experience with him versus other dealers is what made me decide to buy the car. I would definitely recommend him and the dealership to others.

My experience at Jeep Beaconsfield was memorable because I had a wonderful sales exec in Wasim who was very happy to answer the numerous questions I had and was so helpful throughout everything. He was very accommodating and a lovely guy. Highly recommend going with him as he will make sure you're looked after.
