My experience at Jeep Beaconsfield could have been better because I feel I should have been contacted by the finance dept to obtain my bank details to action my refund. Because of this I feel undervalued and a nuisance. It’s a shame because the sales person I dealt with was excellent. His name is Wasim Ramzan and he has tried extremely hard to ensure all my questions were answered and concerns resolved.

I did not feel pressured into buying and felt that the team were helpful and communicative. I was particularly impressed with the service I received from Eliot Stevens. Eliot was extremely helpful, genuine and a pleasure to deal with. My experience with him versus other dealers is what made me decide to buy the car.
