Vertu MINI Bridgwater were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff did everything expected of them at handover time and the car was ready to be driven off - after mountains of paperwork, although that is typical. I didn't get a "how are you getting on with your new mini" 'phone call as suggested would happen, but this was probably due to days off/weekend rotas. I did however get a couple of emails. Happy enough though.

Kaleigh Lewis provided exceptional service and made the entire car-buying experience seamless and enjoyable. From the very first phone call, she was friendly, helpful, and proactive. She sent us a detailed video of the car we were interested in and was always available to answer our questions promptly.
The purchasing process was straightforward and hassle-free. During the test drive, Kayleigh took the time to explain everything about the car, which gave us complete confidence in our decision. The team even provided a new strip sticker for the car, which was a thoughtful touch.
The delivery service was equally impressive. The car arrived at our doorstep within a week, and the gentleman who delivered it was professional and friendly.

Customer service from a manager after buying the car out right has been nothing short of horrendous , I not only would not recommend to friends but I will actively on all my socials media bring attention to avoid doing business with this company .
