The experience at Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield was good because from the moment I telephoned to enquire about the car and was put through to James to the moment we drove off 2 weeks later in the very same car was faultless. The service received was excellent.. everything was made very easy, all of our questions were answered, we never once felt pressured.. I would happily recommend Vertu to friends and family.

I would not recommend Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield because salesman was not backed up by workshop and probably approved inspection was not carried out as required and guanteed by JLR Excellent salesman won the sale.

I'd recommend Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield to a friend because my new vehicle is fantastic, best car I have ever driven.Ashley was fantastic from start to finish. Got the car in and cleaned ready for me to test drive and drive the car home in the same day. Pauline was also lovely with her smiliness and amazing lemon drizzle cake!

I'd suggest Vertu Land Rover Chesterfield to a friend because the service is outstanding. I was treated like Royalty from the second I walked in until I drove the car out. Also had regular follow ups since. Would not hesitate to recommend, this is customer service on a different level.
