Vertu BMW Yeovil staff were good because they were polite, helpful and didn't pressure me to make a snap decision, unlike another dealership up the road. I was assisted by Ellie throughout the purchase; what impressed me with her is that if I asked her something she did not know, she did not pretend to know an answer, instead she checked with a colleague. This is a quality I wish more salespeople adopted, as too often they are unwilling to admit that there may be some technical information they do not know. The openness and honesty of the staff were much appreciated.

I had a great experience at Vertu BMW Yeovil because Ellie.was pleasant and efficient, the car was to.ky mind fairly priced and Ellie delivered what she promised when she'd promised it. Dales manage had short chat with me when I collected and he was nice too and concerned about my reviewing best service. Other staff at branch acknowledged me and looked happy
