Bristol Street Motors Vauxhall Sunderland were fantastic because the process was seamless from start to finish. From making the call to check the car was still available to collecting the car I had no problems. To receive a full video of the car 30 minutes after my initial call was great customer service. My meeting with Geoff was straightforward, he was very friendly and made sure I understood every step of the process. He kept me updated throughout and even after collection. He is a credit to the company.
