Bristol Street Motors Skoda Derby were great because the salesmen took their time to find out exactly what I wanted and what my budget was. They went above and beyond to make mine and my partners purchase a pleasurable experience. We had THE best hot chocolate and lots of laughs and giggles through out. Although I was a little apprehensive about purchasing through PCP as opposed to a finance deal (what I had initially set out to do) they explained it perfectly and actually it suits mine and my family's needs so much better! I felt they really took their time to get to know us before attempting to sell anything. They said a few times that they want the purchase to be right for us and they did exactly that! I'm not usually a fan of purchasing cars, I have found car salesmen pushy and out to meet their own needs but I can honestly say Skoda Bristol street motors have changed my attitude about purchasing a car. The car is a beauty and is an absolute dream! I never thought I'd be able to afford something quite so new and singing and dancing but thanks to the guys at Skoda I can! My boys are in love with the car. My eldest has autism and is car mad! He was starting to get upset at the thought of having another Citroen as that's all mummy could afford...his and his brothers face when I pulled up home in our new Skoda (one of his favourite makes!) it will forever stay with me. I cried to see how happy it had made my eldest in particular. So thank you thank you thank you! Not only have you successfully sold a car but you have made a little boys life so much happier. Now I'm on the hunt to see if I can find a Skoda toy or model car for him for Christmas. Best buying experience ever!
