I purchased a two year old Yaris hybrid from Vertu Toyota Loughborough at the end of May 2024 and have been delighted with both the car, dealership staff and the salesman, Theodore, who showed me around the car and ultimately arranged the sale to me.
I'd seen the car advertised on the web so made the trip to Loughborough to have a look. When I arrived I quickly found the car on the forecourt and was looking around it when Theo came out to see me and ask if I needed any assistance. He talked me through the cars features and offered me a test drive (something that other dealerships conspicuously failed to do) and provided me with coffee whilst he got the keys.
Theo was very personable and easy to get on with and we had a good chat whilst driving the car. During the whole purchase process there was very little "sales" pressure and all in all I found the experience of purchase to be a very good one.
It was about a week after agreeing the purchase that I came back to collect the car only to be told that there was a problem registering the car because the DVLA website was down. This wasn't the fault of the dealership but, despite that, Theo offered to drive me home and then make another trip to deliver the car either that evening or the following day. As luck would have it, we had only just started the journey home and got a call from the dealership to say the site was up and running. We turned round and I was able to drive my new car home 10 minutes later.
Since then, I have been astonished at the Yaris's excellent fuel consumption and am very happy with my purchase.

The experience at Vertu Toyota Loughborough was fantastic because the sales person was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, the test drive was the longest I have been on, there was no pressure to make quick decisions, I received an extremely good trade in price for my vehicle and everything was explained well at every step of the process. I cannot fault Eloise (sales person) who was open and honest throughout. The final exchange and payment went smoothly with a lovely 'reveal' of my new purchased vehicle. It was also lovely that we met the Managers of the site each time we visited. I am very impressed with my new car and I cannot recommend the staff highly enough at Vertu Toyota.
