I had a great experience at Vertu Honda Boston because Tom was the perfect salesman from the very start of my initial enquiry. Sent me a personal video of the car I was enquiring about. Great communication through emails and calls and answered every question I had. Made buying a car a fun experience. Tom went above and beyond for myself and even helped my sister with some things on her car that she asked questions about. Thank you so much Tom. Fantastic guy, very friendly, great sense of humour and brilliant at his job. Made everything an extremely easy and enjoyable process.

From the moment my wife and myself walked on the forecourt the customer service levels we received from Charlotte and Kieran were exemplary. The test drive was perfect to get a feel for the car and the explanation with regards to the car and also the packages that were on offer were superb from Charlotte. The whole process was quick and easy and we even received a little gift for our newborn baby when I went to collect the car. Both Charlotte and Kieran are a great representation for your company and I wouldn’t hesitate to come back to purchase another car from this dealership.
