Bristol Street Motors Ford West Bromwich were really helpful and I'd recommend them because the staff were all extremely helpful and professional without being pushy or ‘over-salesy’. Our specific salesman, William, was particularly fabulous! Personable, knowledgeable and hugely professional! A minor problem with the interior was brought to his attention during the follow up call and is currently being resolved with no fuss, and I have every faith in a complete happy ending. The staff were also very kind to my children (who had to tag along during the buying process) but the hot chocolate was a winner

Bristol Street Motors Ford West Bromwich were great because they take the time to go through everything about the car you want to purchase, deal with paperwork to make sure all is correct. If there is an issue with anything, they try to explain their part and let you know they will still be working to resolve as soon as they can.
