I would not recommend Bristol Street Motors Renault Leicester because the aftersales timeliness is letting you down.
You had the vehicle and spec I was after. You could deliver it to me and for a price, with a warranty, that I was happy with & for what was described as a really nice car.
I’m not enjoying the aftersales experience at all, in terms of timeliness to resolve the queries. Joel completed the sale but once I’d had a chance to inspect the vehicle, various scratches and a little damage was evident but not detailed or advised in the sales particulars nor the video or various calls about the car. Knowing I’d bought the car without seeing it, I knew I would have to be timely with any queries/feedback.
Peter has been prompt & professional in his replies, but has not always been able to be in the office (for fair reason). Those he’s referred to have then not been timely. Having raised my initial queries on 28/3, and I’ve largely been the party to chase up after timeframes advised have been missed, I’m now at a point where the next timeframe for an update has elapsed. I’ve held off on completing this review for over a week to see if some traction would occur, but unfortunately my experience is still one of waiting. It feels like the old adage of ‘you’ve had my money & have moved on’. I don’t think that’s necessarily the case with my experience with Peter, but he appears to be beholden to others who aren’t delivering or the values I was informed Vertu have during the sales process.
I’m hopeful this more formal feedback may help me get some traction & resolutions. If so, I’d be more than happy to review again.

My experience at the dealership has been brilliant. Right from the beginning Sam has been very professional, helpful and understanding. When dealing with finance Steve has been extremely helpful and friendly. Over 5 star service from the dealership and the team at Bristol Street Motors Leicester.

I would not recommend Bristol Street Motors Renault Leicester because at the handover ii was clear that the dealership had not completed the documentation in time. It took 2 hours for them to do so. After 700 miles, the vehicle indicated that the ADDBLUE needed topping up. At the same time the windscreen washers ran out of liquid. So I am not convinced that you have completed all of your claimed safety checks. So in total it seems like the vehicle got marked as SOLD so that's END OF.
