Vertu Volvo Truro were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they were just that - really helpful! Everyone in the Sales Department was extremely pleasant and - that word again - helpful. Our salesman, Connor Williams, couldn't have done more to explain all the electronic gizmos and gadgets on our Ex30. Indeed, I came back after a week of ownership for a second 'tutorial'. Again, he was happy to explain everything in words of one syllable to this doddery old septuagenarian. Before all this, of course, I was allowed to test drive the Ex30 and a petrol XC40 before deciding which car to choose - and at no stage did I feel I was being pressurised in any way. A word of praise and thanks too to Brett Willey and Viktoria (sorry, don't know her surname), with whom we also dealt at some stage of our purchasing experience. Great stuff all round! Thank you all once again.
