Staff (Lewis) made me feel welcomed and was pleasant and helpful throughout the transaction, keeping me up to date with what was happening. I never felt pressurised into buying anything and I had confidence in Lewis and that if anything went wrong, I could easily refer back. I've not used BSM before but if I was wanting to change the car in the future, they would be the first place I would choose.
