My experience at Crystal Lincoln was cracking because after a month a engine light flashing and saying risk of particular filter. Given the car to dealer for 3 weeks to fix the fault. Worked fine for 2-3 weeks but the fault came back again. Staff is helpful regarding this issue but I am still dissatisfied as fault is still coming back again and again. Mr Gurpreet Singh

I'd definitely recommend Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln because having used them twice now to buy cars I have had very good service from them. Customer service and advice is excellent. Mr Allan Rowley
My experience at Vertu Volkswagen Lincoln could have been better because - see above comments regarding the car preparation. I can honestly say that in all my years of purchasing cars, the level of valeting at Vertu Lincoln was the worst I have seen. To cite just one example, the polish had been applied over the top of hundreds of dead insects. Totally unacceptable. Mr Peter Bramley
