Initially incorrect information given for the deposit to secure the vehicle. Reserve fee not returned to bank account for three weeks plus could not reserve vehicle for sufficient time to view with wife even though the website allowed you to book an appointment for over two days ahead as part of the reservation process.
Once vehicle handed over it had two problems the same day, rear tyre deflated to very low levels giving a warning plus second key did not work. Returned to dealer same day, blasé’ attitude towards key fault and tyre inflated but lost pressure over night. Car returned to garage on the second day and curtesy car given. Agreed to repair chip on bonnet as good will gesture but then shown damage to alloy wheel since arriving at garage. Informed garage that we had not damaged the vehicle and was ready to hand it back with a full refund due to the continued problems. Vehicle then kept by garage for 6 days to repair alloy and bonnet after originally being told it should be ready by the beginning of the week and new key would be ordered then. Picked vehicle up last thing Thursday and told the key could not be repaired and another would be ordered, why was it not ordered as said originally? Bonnet damage only touched in. Then Saturday 16th today, the car stop/start is not functioning and advised that I will be contacted Monday next week to book it in to be looked at. As I said to the salesman at the time , I was recommended Mercedes bury st Edmund’s by a family member but unfortunately my experience has so far been farcical , with problems from the start which seems to be still ongoing.
