I'd endorse Mercedes Benz of Norwich because I went in without an appointment late on a Sunday afternoon after having a terrible experience with an online dealer on another Mercedes, with limited staff Seb the sales manager was very helpful and efficient at offering a fair price on our px and giving us a much better experience with a better spec car than my online nightmare. I was anxious about visiting the showroom as I had heard from friends that its a bit unwelcoming and they wont be interested in certain customers and I probably am not the perfect customer ie not putting down 10k deposit. However to anyone who has heard the same or have had this experience previously I can assure you that Seb and his team at Merc Norwich are far from this previous reputation and are completely the opposite, Myself and my wife were made to feel very welcome and and as important as anyone else going above and beyond in arranging the deal on our new A Class Mercedes.
The handover by Dillon was as good as the pre sales experience, Dillon spent time with my wife explaining and setting up the features on the new car once again going above and beyond and proving Seb and the team have 100 percent changed previous reputations and are committed to helping anyone getting on the road with Merc Norwich.
