My experience at Group 1 Volkswagen Romford was memorable because the service I received from my sales rep Oneil Odofin. He was kind and courteous and walked me to the post office to get my road tax. The car was in an immaculate condition and I am so happy with my new purchase. Buying a nearly new car is a little daunting especially as a woman of a certain age but Oneil made the process an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Our initial discussions were with Gary, who was very knowledgeable and gave good advice on model selection. We booked a test drive through Gary however unfortunately Gary was off sick on the agreed date and time. Phil McCarthy stepped in and took us for the test drive in the vehicle which we ultimately purchased. Like Gary, Phil was very knowledgeable, helpful and supportive through the decision making, purchasing and handover process. We would highly recommend Group 1 Volkswagen Romford.
