Barons BMW Watford is located at 425 St Albans Road, just off the A41 Colne Way and not far from junction 5 of the M1. It is also only a few minutes from Watford North train station so it is easily accessible for customers across Hertfordshire and the surrounding areas.They sell new BMW models including the 1 series, 3 series, 5 series, 7 series, BMW X, BMW M and BMW i. They also stock a number of approved used BMW models. Part of the Barons Group ( a network of new and used car and van dealerships) Barons BMW Watford are proud supporters of the Motability scheme and offer the option to choose a BMW model through this.
I would not recommend Barons BMW Watford because there has been no post-sale follow up call, and I have no details of who to contact should I need roadside breakdown assistance.
Barons BMW Watford were great because all the staff we met were genuinely helpful including receptionist, sales executive, manager and BMW genius.
I found the vehicle on Autotrader, I contacted the dealership 3 times before i finally received a call back, after putting a deposit on the car i had to ask a number of times to email me the full spec of the car, The vehicle was delivered to my work address and there was a lot going on when the delivery took place.
Once the Salesman had left i noticed on the centre armrest the leather was quite badly scratched i notified him within 2 hours after delivery, there have been a many emails back and forth saying he will look into it but is now ignoring my emails, this has been going on since 29/05/19, my final email was on 27/06/19 requesting a call from a manager and i am still waiting.
Really not happy, i have spend a lot of money with the dealership and dont expect this kind of service.
I would not recommend Barons BMW Watford because we waited a really long time to purchase. The team were great but there isn't enough staff. We came on a Saturday were told to wait 15 minutes - this turned into 45, each step took a very long time, three staff mentioned they didnt have enough sales reps - this isnt a customer problem - hire more people. When we picked up the car with an appointment again we had to wait we also had to wait whilst they filled it up with fuel which I expected to be done before hand. I think the sales reps should ahve more autonomy to negotiate instead of running back and forward with teh 'big boss'. The structure seemed very heirarchical and the wait times were very long. This said the sales people were all really nice and doing a great job - I think the problems are poor managemnt and the dealership is under resourced.
Barons BMW Watford were helpful because they have attentive, patient and well informed staff who are clearly very proud of the product they sell
