Chandlers MINI in Brighton is located on Victoria Road not far from the A27 Shoreham Bypass, so is easily accessible for motorists across East Sussex and the surrounding areas. They sell new MINI models such as the Convertible, Clubman, Countryman, John Cooper Works, 3 door hatch and 5 door hatch and they also stock a number of approved used MINI models. Chandlers MINI Brighton are proud supporters of the Motability scheme and offer the option to choose a MINI model through this. Part of the Barons Group (a network of new and used car and van dealerships) Chandlers MINI Brighton also offers a range of Aftersales including servicing, MOTs, repairs and parts.
I would not recommend Chandlers MINI Brighton because the vehicle was not what I expected (assured rather than approved and this was NOT made clear to me). The vehicle would have been delivered with an MOT advisory outstanding had I not picked it up. It then was delivered missing an internal mat (apparently the valeter forgot to put it back), had a number of defects on delivery (which makes the advertised 'thorough checks' unlikely), including 2 serious (oil leak & defective brake sensor); broken indicator light, damaged under wheel arch, missing trim, cracked belt, cracked pulley.... fortunately a more reputable Mini dealer found these issues!! It then took a lot of phone calls & emails to get Brighton to fund the repairs. This really is NOT what I expected from a Mini main dealer (note that I have purchased a car from a different Mini main dealer with no issues whatsoever).
Chandlers MINI Brighton were great because they got Brooke as a sales person. She has been fantastic through out the whole process and has even delivered car in the morning at 7.00 so that we can have it there as a surprise for our daughter. She is a real asset to the Company.

I'd recommend Chandlers MINI Brighton because the service I received was amazing. Flawless with the paperwork and communication as well as the handover of cars being quick easy and efficient. Would gladly use this dealer again in future. Had a minor issue of not having floor mats supplied but have been told that I will have the ones from my part exchange vehicle sent to me.
