Hatfield SEAT also offers a range of Aftersales services including servicing,MOTs, repairs and parts.
Hatfield SEAT were really helpful and I'd recommend them because they took time and trouble to establish my needs and explain how my vehicle should be driven to greatest efficiency.
I would not recommend Hatfield SEAT because after receiving my car I had issues that were not addressed and concerns that were not dealt with - added to these concerns was the failure to return calls on numerous occasions which has left me lacking confidence in car and dealership
Hatfield SEAT were great because the staff were very friendly and helpful. Andrew W was particularly helpful when buying my new car, but any member of staff we spoke to were more than happy to help
My experience at Hatfield SEAT was very good as far as the sales process. Andreas was very helpful and explained everything very clearly.
However, the car was not ready at the time I’d arranged to collect it and there are a few things which need to be done which should have already been done on collection. I arranged at the time to return it to the garage a week later for these things to be corrected and they will provide a courtesy car. If they can get this sorted out they’ll be great.
