Alex was very helpful throughout the process and everything was very smooth and all documentation like service history was presented instantly. Car was in a very good condition. Only issue was that parcel shelf and mats were missing at delivery, possibly was forgotten to be put back after valetting but it is a small issue and I am sure it will be resolved as professionalism of the staff is second to none.
