Drive Motor Retail WestonSuperMare were great because clean light show room. A friendly and professional welcome. Advised my contact was fueling the car I was trying. Taken to a seated area and offered refreshment. Becky the sales person was very helpful after a short discussion I was shown an alternative vehicle as the specs on my original choice was nit quite for me. Becky flagged up another car which ticked all the boxes and I subsequently bought. Great service, a company which puts the customer way up there.
I would not recommend Drive Motor Retail WestonSuperMare because I had a wasted journey to collect my car which was not ready. The agreed touching in paintwork was not completed as agreed. I am also not sure they did the ceramic coating they told me they would.
I was pleased with Drive Motor Retail WestonSuperMare and would recommend them because they were professional, did not try any hard sell and treated me with respect.
My experience at Drive Motor Retail WestonSuperMare could have been better because I was sold my car having full service history. Which seems to be false as I don’t have service history book. Contacted John Sunderland’s multiple times no returned call no updates !!! Eager to sell no aftercare!!!!
