I had a great experience at Minstergate Hyundai York because from start to finish, our purchase and delivery went very smoothly. All our questions were answered in a timely manner. We are unable to use the garage or recommend it to friends as we are in Kent.

The experience at Minstergate Hyundai York was good but had an issue regarding change of personal registration with the dvla. Documents lost in post as not tracked. We had to request a replacement log book and cherished reg ourselves. Ordered car on 25/2/23 but didn’t receive new log book and retention documents till 20/4/23. Did the retention and change of reg No and plates ourselves on 23/4/23 after seeing dealership manager on 22/4/23.

I had a great experience at Minstergate Hyundai York because the car I purchased was really good value I will be using Minstergate to service my vehicle and will also look at other MG cars there in the future.
