My experience at D M Keith Kia Leeds was excellent. Sonia was wonderful, very patient, understanding and caring. My little Kia Picanto was 13 years old and a good little runner. So it was a big thing for me to change my car. All went so smoothly. Any worries sorted with return phone calls. That was where the patience was needed!!!! My Kia Rio is just great. Thank you.

I thoroughly recommend D M Keith Kia Leeds to anyone. James and Gareth who dealt with my Kia purchase were professional, helpful, knowledgeable and friendly, and always gave clear and accurate answers to my questions. Their preparation of the vehicle for sale, their documentation handling procedure and their management of delivery of the vehicle over a long distance were also all perfect. I would definitely buy again from D M Kia Leeds and have the car serviced by them could I do so, but sadly that can’t be possible only because I live a long way from Leeds.
And that is where box-ticking on appraisal survey forms falls over to some extent. My negative answers to the questions "will I come to them for serving, will I buy from them again, was I offered finance (I'd pre-empted that by answering that question before it could be asked), was I offered gap insurance" may appear to be slightly negative - when in fact everything was 100% positive!

My only observations was the Salesman had a diamond/gold stud in his nose, which given his role and demographic profile of typical customers at the dealership i would see these facial adornments as somewhat inappropriate as many would fail to take the salesman seriously enough on such major purchases. Also, a sales girl was seen to be having her brunch sandwich at her sales desk. again, not a good image and should be addressed, "one chance to make a first impression" etc,..
