I would not recommend Vertu Kia Nottingham because on the day I went to pick up my car the passenger door didn't open. My car was also sold with less than 2 months on the MOT. I appreciate these things happen but I was told my car was going to be picked up to rectify these issues one day then this kept changing. I was also given a bright yellow Kia Picanto courtesy car which is fine but i did not feel this was the same or equivalent as the car I'd bought. The branch did rectify this so I am grateful and I was offered some petrol in my car. However, on the day i went to get the petrol I ended up having to wait around 45 minutes as whilst my car was being cleaned the team who did it didn't hand the key back to one of the sales managers. Overall I felt the whole experience has been quite stressful for me.
