I'd definitely recommend Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton because the service was very good and Jason was very helpful even patient with our 2 young children!! He even got our car ready to collect ahead of schedule thank you

I would not recommend Brindley Hyundai Wolverhampton because they are only bothered about getting the deal done. Once signed they have no customer service priority. Be careful and if you are disabled woman or someone who knows very little about cars and the purchasing processes - go elsewhere and pick a dealership group that cares.

My wife is registered disabled (physical & cognitively) and due to an easily made mistake with dates Brindley Wolverhampton had no time or even care to get my wife back on the road. Even when I had a plan to buy 2 further cars from them within the next 12 months. We traded in my wifes manual car to get an automatic to make her life on the road easier. This was to get a car on the Motorbility scheme and part-ex our car to get me a 2nd car in the form of an Auto-EV. They offered £4250 for our car and we then got a car from them for myself. Once we tried to get the Motorbility we were out by 20ish days and now have to wait a year before we can get a car. Brindley would not make any adjustments/provisions to get our old car back (2 days into the purchase/transaction(Sunday & Monday)). Instead they marked our trade-in up by £2500 (£6750) and then said we could get £100 off a car. I find this like a kick in the teeth. So now we have only 1 car and no easy way to get our trade-in back. Not sure how we will both get to work with only 1 car for the next 12 month. Mentally my wife will never deal with the group ever again. We have not even had a call from management to discuss its all been on email and via the sales guy who has been like a broken record. This has been straining on my wife and has exacerbated her Multiple Sclerosis symptoms.

We just are appalled at this place and its practices especially towards a disable woman. Sad thing is they do have some very decent prices on manufacturer approved car. This has left us with a bitter experience and now would avoid them at all costs as they could take the same approach with other issue you might have.
