Brindley MG Cannock were great because they were professional, knowledgeable, empathic. Ben understood it was my first time driving an automatic car and was very patient. The car has very up to date technology which was a little overwhelming but he took his time to explain the details to me. He accompanied me on the test drive and if he was scared he didn’t show it! We purchased the car and would recommend Brindley Motors Cannock to others.

My experience at Brindley MG Cannock could have been better because the car was sent out with defective tyres and I was told spare tyres are not checked and would have to take the car back for them to check it or nothing could be done so i took the car to quick fit for a tyre inspection and sent it over to them one tyre was bald 2 were advised on. they agreed to pay for one tyre. we then had no log book I checked on this with them and told it could take 6 weeks I checked with dvla and no info of change of keeper still in trade tried calling the dealer ship 6 times before I got a response when Alex checked the logbook had not been put through so he did it there and then and got an e mail confirmation through
