My experience at Bishops Jeep Guildford was memorable because of Ian Bonner. From the moment I explained my situation needing a car in 5 weeks and having been laughed at by a rival Vauxhall dealership in Aldershot, he went above and beyond to make sure I got a deal I was happy with when I needed it & in budget. In fact the car threw up some unexpected issues when being pre checked, like the discs and pads and battery, no service history to hand, and cosmetic issues that could all have put me off buying. But he assured me by doing all these things without my asking ! knowing not only he my trust but he has exceed my expectations but also guaranteed I will be back to do more deals...In fact his service is so good I’ve recommended him and a car he has in stock to my mother ... As a family we now will look to Ian Bonner and Bishops of Guildford as our first choice for a new vehicle because of the outstanding service in an old school way, that I absolutely respect. He is a credit to the dealership ... There was no pressure at all, the kind of service that’s a dying art.
