In my experience Furrows of Oswestry are very customer orientated. I live about 55 minutes drive away and it is a great convenience that I can book an early service appointment and then wait while it is carried out. That was not possible with the previous dealership I dealt with for a different manufacturer.
My son, who was visiting from Slovakia, had a problem with his Superb but it was not practicable to bring it to the workshop, nevertheless the service manager spent quite a time on the phone to me discussing the problem. We were very grateful for his advice.

The experience at Furrows of Oswestry was good because it just felt right when we walked around, no pressure from salesmen, very friendly receptionist, warm and welcoming sales man, just a very good experience with exceptional quality's, skills and customer support was 100%.
