Hendy Land Rover Christchurch were helpful because Russell Corless and Aaron Long were helpful, respectful, efficient. Particularly, Russell was able to answer all of y technical questions. Very satisfied.

I was pleased with Hendy Land Rover Christchurch and would recommend them because,very nice showroom, good communication, defender i bought is lovely, very happy.

I dealt with the sales Manager Tim and he was great from start to finish, there were a few after sales niggles like the refund of my deposit and settlement of my current finance, but they dealt with my e mails well and rectified the issue quickly which is the main thing. I hope to use them again in a couple of years.

My experience at Hendy Land Rover Christchurch could have been better because , lazy salesman no follow up call no handover whatsoever no documentation not even a key put onto a keyring or a hard copy of anything , i had to do my own V5 keeper change and tax myself , complained about very low standard of preparation of vehicle ( valeting ) to used car sales manager who asked me for photos which i provided but never had a call back from anyone at the dealership. I have never dealt with such a poor dealer and thats saying something even compared to other Land rover dealers which are generally terrible compared to other makers.
