The staff at Ancaster Hyundai Croydon were good because THEY TAKE THE CUSTOMER AS A PERSON NOT JUST MONEY IN THEIR POCKET; personal service throughout this and personal transactions Sales Manager and her staff very commendable in their knowledge of the vehicle. finance plans, future service plans that were available. Date of collection All documentation was ready for signing virtual tour of the vehicle and the offer of any further assistance. FIRST CLASS SERVICE through out and you were treated as a customer with a personal welcome displayed on collection

Ancaster Hyundai Croydon were great because they were very patient and considerate with my new vehicle as it was my first vehicle. I would only say that I was slightly disappointed a simple mechanical fault, that I noticed straightaway had not been checked before the purchase and handover of the vehicle. I would have expected something like this would have been checked and picked up on especially as it was not a problem that developed but one that was there from the start.
