I would not recommend Holdcroft Renault Crewe because I visited the show room 1 week prior and had an inspection and test drive of the car. At that time I called our some issues that I had observed. However after completing the transaction. As I wasn't offered to view the car again after I arrived to complete. I found the issues I called our had not been addressed . And have chased the dealership to be told that I would need to deliver the car again to have it evaluated. As it has not been cleared out of the previous owners stuff. (Sun glasses. Dirty plasters in the glove box. All the points I made are still there It was still dirty and had dog hairs in it. The primary issue with the body work had not been addressed. I am awaiting an update on how the body work issue will be resolved especially as dealership is in Crewe and I am in Chester 35 miles.
