My experience at Tyneside Autoparc could have been better because ones the car had bean sold they did not what to now about the car or if I was happy with it and I had a lot of trouble to get some jobs done on the car ,I was at first told they did not have a spare car to give me for a month and I had to point out again the repairs I wanted done which should have bean done when I first got it as I told them they could have the car for a weak before I picked the car up and this was all pointed out at the time totally dissatisfied with the service I received I have never had such bad service in all my time buying cars still got problems with the car but I do not want to go back to them and get the same treatment

My experience at Tyneside Autoparc was memorable because satisfied with overall. salesperson except let me down with a couple of things.1. I had no car manual, waited 3 weeks after several phone calls.2. Salesperson did not mention until paid deposit there was only one set of keys for car. Said he would sort out. Since then told me he had contact for car keys and would cost me £125.00. Paid cash for car, didn't expect to have to pay for 2nd set of keys!
I'd endorse Tyneside Autoparc because yes choice of cars on display. No, had to wait 2 hours to pick up car and it was then delivered 4 hours later. The car was not ready when I was told to pick it up.
My experience at Tyneside Autoparc could have been better because the customer service is the worst I've ever experienced, after talking to other people I've realised the hand over person could do a lot better if she would stop frowning and looking down on people and remember were the customer , that's why alot of people won't come back, just telling the truth so you know.
I'd endorse Tyneside Autoparc because my car came back fully repaired according to requests by myself. I was very happy with this
