Really pleased with the staff I dealt with when buying a used XC60 from Riverside. Initially met Richard, who took the time to take me on a test drive and then later finally the sale with Dylan who was excellent. Both were very thorough in their job, not pushy, and took time to make sure everything was right. An extra thanks to Dylan for explaining the features on the central console technology so well before I drove the car away! Also sorted out a service plan very quickly with Tracey. Great service all round and the car is lovely too.
