My experience at Riverside SEAT Hull could have been better because, asked to view on 2 separate days over different weekends and was told no as sales person wasn’t in those weekends, asked them if I could view car early in a morning on a weekday to again be told no and needed to arrive late afternoon when it was turning dark. Requested car to be inside so I could view it properly out the rain and when arrived was exactly the opposite and was out in the dark/rain.
Got the impression salesperson wasn’t bothered either way if the car was sold or not. Luckily the car sold itself and was prepared to a high standard. The salesperson did find a spot in the valet bay at the end of the day, I drove the car in wet and filthy after a road test and he walked off and left me to clean the car down. Not a great experience when you’re buying a new car.
I would recommend Riverside SEAT Hull to friends and family because the service I received throughout the process of buying the car was great, always happy to help and answer any questions had. Thank you
I'd recommend Riverside SEAT Hull because the staff made buying a car a relaxed and easy experience.
I'd recommend Riverside SEAT Hull to a friend because i had a great service from them. i wasn't in the bet of health and had travelled from Norwich so i had to stay over for 2 nights. i was picked up from the station and taken to and from the hotel which was nice in my condition.
