I was pleased with Lexus Liverpool and would recommend them because all the staff, especially Richard and Max, were friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. The car itself was a great deal and the warranty and service packages means worry free driving. Highly recommended!

We were very pleased with the service by Richard the sales executive, who addressed our questions about the car patiently and took us for a test drive. However, we were disappointed with the treatment from the Sales manager - we felt rushed into completing the purchase and felt our discussions on pricing were dismissed.
We had travelled from Hertfordshire so were serious about the potential purchase.
All in all, we didn't feel like a valued customer from the encounter with the sales manager.
