We were told the car should be ready on Saturday. We didn't hear anything. When we called on the day we were told it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday.
A call to let us know would have been nice.

Carl was fantastic, lovely man, friendly and helpful. He even came in on his day off for me!

All staff friendly, professional and accommodating.

Overall would have been completely satisfied only an item in the interior was not fixed (It took me 10 mins to fix it) and a diagnostic was not picked up (subsequently picked up by my garage) This may have been because Volvo charge £500 to fix, my garage will do it for less than half of this.

Collected car at agreed time. Car not cleaned so had to wait. Found out later that no spare wheel or tools. Front washers and rear washers didn't work.
