I was pleased with Park's Toyota Aberdeen and would recommend them because the customer service initially was excellent and was not too pushy. However I am still waiting for a call to book the car in to get the rear light fixed and it has been over two weeks now. This was supposed to have been repaired before we collected the vehicle.

I had a great experience purchasing my car from Parks Toyota Aberdeen, Scott was very accommodating and helpful through out.

Park's Toyota Aberdeen were great because we were welcome and approached by Jim (James) as soon as we arrived , he was very knowledgeable and professional, he had the car we wanted and he made everything very easy for us. We were impressed by the welcome we got from the Team too.

I would not recommend Park's Toyota Aberdeen because the sales system is not customer care focused but salesman focused. We were well looked after until we had reserved the car. We were politely on time for two appointments with our salesman but in total were kept waiting an hour and a quarter to be seen On collection of the car the office was full of sales people and we were the only customer. No one else would or could look after us in our salesman's absence. Toyota's questionnaire has revealed to us just how many things our salesman omitted to do. We were under considerable pressure to pay up front for the service plan without it having been sent to us to read carefully beforehand. We would have been interested in the Toyota insurance package but we weren't offered it. We were told nothing about the Toyota roadside assistance. We were given no help to link our phone to the car because our salesman didn't know how to use the android system. We were promised a phone call to check up if we were happy, it didn't happen. When handover came there was only one key to the car. You could do better by making the sales system more considerate to customers.
