The experience at Park's Ford Inverness was good because efficient, friendly & very patient salesman.

My experience at Park's Ford Inverness was positive because although we were over 100 miles away the branch were happy to deliver the car to our local branch at no extra cost. Great service start to finish, love the car and only distance prevents us servicing our new car at this branch!

I'd suggest Park's Ford Inverness to a friend because ,I got good service from the salesman, I wasn’t pressurised into anything and found the transaction went through seamlessly.

The staff at Park's Ford Inverness were good because it didn't feel like a business meeting or pressure to buy, was very easy going

I'd recommend Park's Ford Inverness because the salesperson, Mark Mclean supported me throughout my buying process. Finance was not as straight forward as we had first thought and Mark supported me through several options. Only downside of purchasing this car was the finance side of things. Originally I was told I needed a guarantor by the finance company, which I complied with. I was then told it had to be someone at my address which raised questions as I know this is not legally the case, however my partner agreed to this to then be told he wasn’t expected to be a guarantor, he was expected to take out a joint lease with me. This was not clearly explained by the finance team and had this been done, it would have saved alot of time and effort as this would not have been accepted. However, Mark at Parks supported me throughout and I happily exhanged my old car for my new one. 10/10 for Parks but I would discuss how things are worded by finance. Will definitely purchase from them again.
