I would not recommend Park's Mazda Inverness because I had an oil light appear two days after purchasing the car on 12th April. I emailed the salesman on 16th and got no response. I phoned on 19th and was told salesman had a day off, I asked that he would get a message to respond to my email. I got no response so emailed again on the 21st. Again I got no response so phoned on the 24th. I spoke with the salesman and he seemed ackward. My car only had one key and he was to contact me when a replacement had been received at the branch. It turned out the replacement was in the branch but it look me to call him. The car now has an engine warning light. My impression of Parks is you are a shower of cowboys that only wanted my money and then offer ZERO customer service, would I use Parks again?, absolutely not. Would I recommend Parks?, ansolutely not. Will I tell friends and family how you have absolutely zero regard for the customer after you make a sale? Yes, absolutely I will. Anywhere but Parks. On top of this I have a car that I paid £21k for,had it less than 2 weeks and I have 2 warning lights. I intend to contact Mazda with my experience.
The experience at Park's Mazda Inverness was fantastic because the whole experience was so enjoyable. Charles Borthwick was extremely helpful, friendly and helped make the experience a good way to spend a Saturday morning! I will highly recommend Parks, Inverness to family and friends.
