Car not prepared as promised only got to the Raith had to go back as the brake discs had not been changed as they were warped on the test drive had to go back a week later to get them fitted ther tyres keep losing air had to inflate them now five times since ive had it mentioned when changing the BB takes but couldn't find anything wrong ,had to inflate them that evening , no sign of the replacement door handle that was chipped but was assured it would be put right really not happy in two minds to just reject the car

Park's Citroen East Kilbride staff were good because the salesman, Steve, found out what I was looking for in a car and searched online and found one in a showroom on the other side of the country. He arranged for it to be brought to east Kilbride and I was able to test drive the car with no requirement to buy. I feel Steve went above and beyond and I could not be happier with the service he provided and the car is excellent. Thanks to Parks for getting me a great car.

The whole process of choosing, test driving and purchasing was made easy. The sales staff were welcoming yet unobtrusive until asked to assist, at which point they were very helpful. Excellent experience throughout.
