I had a great experience at Park's Ford Elgin because as I was purchasing the vehicle unseen due to the distance involved they needed to provide lots of information on line which they did extremely well. Gordon Mcgregor was particularly helpful and provided me with everything I needed in order for me to make a decision to purchase the vehicle. Although he was on holiday when I collected the vehicle his colleague did an excellent job as he was well prepared . It only took about 30 minutes which included a comprehensive tour of the vehicle controls. Overall I am very impressed by the service provided however unfortunately the screen washers ran out of water on my way home which was disappointing.I am also waiting for the finance on my old car to be settled by the garage which hasn't happened to date as I am expecting my last payment to them to be rebated.
Park's Ford Elgin were fantastic because Gordon took very good care of us and explained everything.
