I would recommend Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen to friends and family because the level of service provided was exceptional.

I would not recommend Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen because,
The car I originally purchased with advertised with significantly less mileage then the milage on the car when I collected it and the car was filthy with dog hairs everywhere and with no petrol in the tank, not even enough to get me home despite being promised a full tank of fuel.
I then requested to change the car under the exchange policy which was agreed, I was told a price and shown a breakdown which I verbally agreed to and on the day of handover I was told the price had increased by £40! This was apparently an error with the license plate being linked to a different car however still completely unfair on me as the consumer.
I then leave the dealership and there is a chip on the windscreen, when the repair company came out they advised me it had been repaired previously which is why there is a chip, I was not informed of this and was asked if I had caused the chip by the dealership? They should have checked the cars repair history. I now find out, the dealership has not notified the DVLA that I am no longer the registered keeper of the previous vehicle and am therefore liable for it and I have now lost out on a further £33 because I’ve paid tax for 2 vehicles and I’m not entitled to a refund from the DVLA as they should of been notified I was no longer the registered keeper. It has been a disaster from start to finish, I have lost out financially and once I come to the end of the agreement I will not be purchasing another car with the dealership.

I'd recommend Johnsons Wolverhampton Volkswagen because I experienced exceptional levels of customer service before and after my purchase. I Would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a replacement vehicle. I found the overall experience to be enjoyable, professional & most importantly I now have a vehicle that completely meets all of my needs. Well done Johnsons.
