I had a great experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool because the car wasnt up to standard at the time but they completed the jobs as asked. Faults were communication ..We have had to chase everything up ourselves and still waiting for a reply from the last email re- service and MOtT book / paperwork.
My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool could have been better because the quality of the pre delivery prep work - bodged paint job , dent in door and stone chip in bonnet not attended to - a refusal to correct the issues has further worsened the experience, a letter of complaint is going to be sent to Hyunadi dealership management team.
My experience at Johnsons Hyundai Liverpool could have been better because , rear offside door handle fell off !!, bad swirl marks damage to nearside rear bumper !! ,car was not valeted !! , sales person never answered my emails !! alltogether worst buying a car experience ever , SHABBY !!!!!
