The experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stoke was fantastic because my new car had a chip on the back passenger door which they said would be sorted.I went back the next day and it was a totally different shade.They "fixed" it again the next day but it was not right. The sales manager promised me it would be fixed by sending it into to a body spray shop externally and I am waiting for it to come back.But the sales team have gone above and beyond to try to solve the paint problem and also gave me the loan of a hire car in the interim until my car is returned.
I cannot fault the way Volkswagen Stoke have reassured me that my car will be correct and the boundaries they have gone beyond to make sure I ,as a customer , feel safe in their hands!

My experience at Johnsons Volkswagen Stoke was memorable because I had an excellent experience with Lee from the Sales department, he wasn’t at all pushy , he made me and my wife feel very relaxed and gave us plenty of time to decide, even recommending a good local pub to go to while we decided.
Nothing was too much trouble for him, he was very knowledgeable about the car.
Lee made sure everything was ready for collection and went of his way to collect me from the station when I was picking the car up, as ,I am not local to Stoke.
Absolutely fantastic service, would definitely recommend.
